Preventive maintenance is the work that has no deadline, which is exactly why it gets skipped until something fails on a Saturday. The point of writing it down is that the week decides, not the mood.
Intervals below are a common starting point for an express tunnel. Your manufacturer's schedule wins over anything here — treat this as a structure to hang your own intervals on, not as safety or compliance advice.
Weekly — moving parts
- Bearings greased on the scheduleLog it even when it looks fine. The log is the point.
- Belts and chains inspected for wear and tension
